This was originally a 3 star review turned into a 5 star review. Excellent customer service skills. I originally reached out months ago regarding a transmissions fluid service and was quoted a bit higher than I expected and reached out and never heard back. It ended up being an disconnect and simply a communication fault of no ones fault but technology. I was reached back out to after the issue was found out and explained in extremely great length and detail and it showed how much this show generally cares about customers, even those who never gave them any money for service. Just genuine care and love to help a non-customer and explain an issue and attempting to rectify and just making the attempt is what made me realize this place is wonderful. My trust is gained and you've gained a future customer when the time comes. I'd gladly let this shop and the owner get my money next time when I don't have the time or patience to handle a bigger job myself. I appreciate you, Mike. Thank you for being honest and genuine. That goes a long way and makes a big difference to people like me. This team deserves your business and they will treat you like a human being and take care of you.

Extremely grateful to the team in Bartuning! They were able to service my car for a water pump and thermostat replacement at a very fair price after other places turned me away. The team is professional and highly skilled. They understood my concerns and maintained transparent communication with me throughout the process. They also give me 3-yr warranty over the repairs for peace of mind. I will continue to have my Audi serviced at this location! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this shop. The entire team was professional, honest, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. I explained that I had court the next morning and absolutely needed my car back, and they went above and beyond to prioritize my repair without sacrificing the quality of their work. Thanks to their dedication, I made it to court the next morning, and my case was dismissed. They kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and made sure everything was repaired correctly. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys truly care about their customers and their workmanship. I’m honestly still in shock because my dashboard had looked like a Christmas tree for so long. I was even told by others that nothing was really wrong and that the lights just needed to be cleared. It’s been less than 24 hours, and I still catch myself looking at the dashboard expecting another warning light to come on, but it hasn’t. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of their work. I’ve brought my MK8 GTI to BAR when I’m in a pinch for time and they have always taken care of me and my car. Told Mike what I was looking for and he came up with a cost effective plan.
